Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg risnudlar i rumstemp vatten i 30 min eller tills nudlarna har mjuknat (1 paket nudlar r\u00e4cker typ till 4-5 lagom portioner beror p\u00e5 om du vill \u00e4ta som f\u00f6rr\u00e4tt eller huvudr\u00e4tt). Obs! Koka inte nudlar innan stekningen fy fy! Du vill ha de sp\u00e4nstiga, s\u00e4rskilt om du anv\u00e4nder \u201cvanliga\u201d risnudlar som inte \u00e4r Chan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Sk\u00f6lj kinesiska gr\u00e4sl\u00f6ken och sk\u00e4r ca 3 cm bitar<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. Bl\u00f6tl\u00e4gg\/sk\u00f6lj mungb\u00f6ngroddarna<\/p>\n\n\n\n

2. Fr\u00e4s r\u00e4kor f\u00f6rst och i med saltade r\u00e4ttika, tofu och \u00e4gg. Woka\/r\u00f6r runt lite<\/p>\n\n\n\n

3. I med en n\u00e4ve risnudlar utan att r\u00f6ra runt<\/p>\n\n\n\n

4. Krydda direkt med en matsked av fisks\u00e5s, ljussoja, ostrons\u00e5s, socker, tamarindpur\u00e9 och \u00e4ven chilipulver om du vill ha det het.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

5. I med \u00e4gg och r\u00f6r runt, sedan lite kinesisk gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och mungb\u00f6ngroddar \u00e5 hackade jordn\u00f6tter samt chiliflingor om du vill. R\u00f6r runt igen. Om nudlar fastnat (oftast i gjutj\u00e4rnpannor) s\u00e5 har i 1 msk vatten i taget. K\u00f6r tills nudlarna har mjuknat och smaka av. Det brukar inte ta m\u00e5nga minuter.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

6. Klart! Servera med en klyfta lime, chilipulver, extra gr\u00e4sl\u00f6k och b\u00f6ngroddar och hackade n\u00f6tter. Vill du ha mer salt s\u00e5 i med fisks\u00e5s och en gnutta socker kan g\u00f6ra susen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vissa anv\u00e4nder vatten eller buljong ist\u00e4llet f\u00f6r olja, det funkar ju ocks\u00e5 men d\u00e5 f\u00e5r man ha i nudlar f\u00f6rst och sedan woka ihop resten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
